Snack

Throughout the year we ask each family to bring in snack for the entire class for a particular week. The class shares this community snack so there is no need to bring in individual snacks. Your help is greatly appreciated. A healthy snack is very important in helping the children make it through the morning. The children have lunch at 12:15.

Having a snack period also allows for socialization and remembering our manners. Please do not bring in snacks that contain peanuts as we have a number of children with peanut allergies. Below are a few suggestions for appropriate snacks:

 

Crackers of all sorts: graham, goldfish, and saltines

Fruit

Granola bars

Pretzels

Applesauce cups

Please provide enough snacks for 20 children for the entire week. If you are unable to bring in snack for your assigned week, please contact your child's teacher.  Thank you.
