Working with students is my passion. I love working with my kids and helping them take charge of their learning. I strive to create leadership opportunities in the classroom daily. Whether it’s during morning meeting, peer editing writing pieces, or taking on a daily job, all students have the opportunity to take responsibility for our community.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from The College of New Jersey in May 2016. During my time at TCNJ, I was given the opportunity to teach all core subjects in a variety of grade levels. My placements ranged from an urban community in Bristol, Pennsylvania, to a suburban community in Hamilton, New Jersey, where I completed my Senior Student Teaching in a Fourth Grade classroom. While I prefer working in urban areas, I believe my varied placements have given me advantageous experience.
