Learning Community Charter School
Community Partners

We are fortunate that many businesses and corporations, large and small, believe in the good work we do at LCCS. Here are some of the community partners who have supported us.

From 2015-2019 these three organizations have been major backers of LCCS, donating not only financially but also with their time, talent, and expertise. We are truly grateful for their dedication and leadership.

Nelson Architecture and Engineering: For their 2014 "Green Apple Day of Service" project, employees of this NYC-based firm worked with our students to clean up our side gardens, and plant perennials and bulbs. Remaining funds were used for our Garden Club to maintain our front and rear gardens.

We are proud to participate annually in Principal for a Day program, organized by SILVERMAN Building Neighborhoods to bring in community and business leaders to learn about charter schools and meet with students. Past "Principals" have included Freeholder Bill O'dea, and (seen here) executives from Pershing Global Financial Solutions.

For the past few years we have been fortunate to partner with Goldman Sachs and their community service projects. In 2015, GS employees spent a summer day helping our technology coordinators clean and maintain our 281 ChromeBooks, the equipment carts, and 22 Promethian Smart Boards.
